My knee's Come back

My knee has recovered from injury, but it hasn't been an easy ride. There are still times it is painful, but the progress I have made in 7 months has been worth it.

Double Day

Today was the first day I had no thought in doing double actions. It just seemed to come. Its definately the first time since the accident Ive been able to do this and Im pretty damn happy with how it held up and my performance. SCARY all the same...but whats taekwondo without all these challenges: big and small.
